NERUPI Network Event: NEETS – Not in Education, Employment or Training

We are delighted to be collaborating with the NERUPI Network to share our research insights and toolkit resources with attendees.
The session shares key lessons for NEET prevention from our 3-year EU Funded study into early school leaving and introduces you to toolkit resources to apply these in your setting. Learn more about the key risks to NEET and how interlinked risks combine to create barriers to progression and engagement for young people. Deepen understanding of the common mechanisms that could underpin a wide range of interventions to prevent NEET. Through practical activities and discussion, we will explore how HEI outreach teams can support young people by applying these insights when working with schools, colleges and community organisations.
NERUPI is a partnership of over 60 higher education organisations with a focus on maximising the impact of widening participation interventions.
